A common question when arranging a mortgage for my clients is "When my product has expired with my current lender, what happens?"

Its important to remember, you don't have to move away from your current lender to get a new deal, in MOST cases, a lender will be able to offer you a new product from the range available at the time of the fixed, capped, tracker or variable product has come to an end. But also as we are in times of low Variable or Base Rates, some clients are enjoying a low and attractive variable rate as standard.
